"@EVILDEAD Funny how u dont metion the fact
That Kinect had 500 million dollars marketing support.
While Move had none."
Eh, I'm pretty sure I've seen a few advertisements for the Move since it came out buddy which suggests to me that there was at least a few bucks spent on its marketing!
Out of interest, where do people on N4G keep getting the marketing budgets for games related...
My top 3:
1: Demon's Souls (prefer Dark Souls but it ain't exclusive)
2: Uncharted 2 (Haven't played 3 yet though!)
3: Killzone 3 (waaaay better than I thought it was gonna be!)

Have to agree with ya man, don't see how people can disagree with the Red Dead Redemption example you gave! You get a hell of a lot more from Amazon for 15 quid less than the PS Store, the only downside being you have to wait a couple of days to have it delivered to your door.
And I also see what you mean about the PS Plus discount not actually being a discount for that particular deal (the RDR one) if you're not a PS Plus subscriber to b...
How is a score of 8.4/10 pinning for hits? That's a good score last time I checked. People are way too defensive of this game.
What about the two Batman games? Thought they were pretty impressive.
What are you talking about troll? Did you even read the article?
He doesn't give too many reasons as to why he scored it so low besides the fact he can't work out simple controls, he didn't like the story and only the last couple of sections blew him away graphically.
Harsh review.
Agreed. And I think another reviewer who didn't give U3 an amazing score also mentioned it. Haven't played it yet but surely the controls aren't that mind boggling?
@ kingnick
Ah, that's what I meant! :)
Think I read somewhere that devs preferred to develop on the 360 because the (I'm no tech head so excuse me if my terminology is off) architecture used in the 360 was very similiar to Windows and so devs were already mostly familiar with how to design on it, whereas the PS3 was all new so more difficult to figure out.
Yup, 14 gig is a killer to download, left it downloading for about 4 hours last night and when I went to check on it the PS3 had turned itself off with more than 12 gig left to download, damn you power saving settings!
Enjoyed the beta but have more important things to be spending money on than a monthly subscription for a videogame so skipped it first time around, fair play to Sony for the free download!
My bro bought it today so gonna get a loan of it when he's done with it, lookin forward to it, hating the online pass though.
Reach actually has a 91 on Metacritic: http://www.metacritic.com/g...
Don't think anyone is worrying though, Uncharted 3 will be a good game, it's just funny to see so many people who haven't even played the game saying the reviewer is wrong!
Wow, so many crying fanboys! I didn't know reviewers weren't allowed to have opinions when it comes to hyped up games, but I suppose that's the state of society in N4G.
Christ, he f#cked up the very first sentence by saying it's been 6 years since Return Of The King was released. It's actually been 8 years, 2003. Idiot.
Uncharted 3 will more than likely have a more spectacular campaign, although Gears 3 did step it up a bit from Gears 2. Gears 3 will have better longevity due to a superior online component if the Uncharted 3 Beta is anything to go by.
Agreed, stupid article.
Stupid article, both received very high scores across the board.
People are still crying over this? I think it is the most honest review I have read so far and clearly the game follows the same structure as Uncharted 2 which in my opinion was an 8/10 game because of the complete lack of freedom. Full marks for everything else but it had no replayability and because of the price of games these days that's very important.
Who cares? They're both $h!TE anyway! Got a Move with my PS3 back in 2010 and haven't been impressed, also feel no urge whatsoever to get the Kinect, stick to pads people!
